There are four (4) exercises that work on increasing circulation of blood to the penis and also stretches the length to help you gain a few inches more.
Ex 1. Hold your penis at the tip, stretch it upward and hold for a count of 10. Repeat this stretch and hold in the downward position, then to the left and finally to the right. This exercise should be done one or two times a day for five minutes.
Ex 2. Again, holding the tip, pull your penis away from your body. Then place the thumb of your other hand on the base of your penis, and press down with your thumb while lifting up with your other hand. Hold for a 10 count. Repeat this exercise to the right and to the left, placing your thumb on alternate sides of your penis in order to create tension. Continue stretching — alternating among up, right and left, but never down — for five minutes. Repeat once or twice per day.
Increasing girth and circulation
(warm up your penis with a warm cloth before you start, to increase blood flow)
Ex 1.Hold the penis and whip it around gently for no more than 30 times, and make sure that the balls are covered by the other hand to protect it from any injuries that might occur during this exercises
Ex 2. Hold the base of the semi-erect penis with your thumb and forefinger , making an O. Press down a little to cut off the blood circulation which will result in more blood collecting in the cells.
Start moving your hand forward, (wanking from the base) milking the blood into the penis shaft and by that way you will fill the cells with more blood.
When you reach the tip of the penis with your right hand, hold the base of the penis again with your left hand, and do the same as what you did with the right hand.
Repeat this exercise for 20-25 minutes everyday.

For best results, do these exercises in good faith for at least 6 months straight.
